Karina Dea, General Manager & Head of Research at Tank, recently participated in the "Socially Aware by Design: Building Successful Values-Led Small Businesses" panel discussion, hosted by Creative Women’s Circle and featuring B.Corp Australia.

Held at the City of Melbourne Bowls Club, this event focused on the importance of aligning business practices with core values in today’s economic landscape. Karina joined a diverse group of female leaders from creative industries to explore how socially-aware small businesses can drive positive change while achieving success.

Her insights on integrating values into design and business strategies highlighted Tank’s commitment to social responsibility and sustainable practices. The discussion, moderated by Annette Wagner, provided valuable perspectives on the benefits of the B Corp model for creative and design-led enterprises.
