Over months we embarked on a self-initiated research and analysis project which aimed to look at what is required to foster a more inclusive and equitable workplace culture, reflecting our strong commitment to advancing diversity and inclusion within organisations.
The Diversity and Inclusion Report delves into areas such as representation, equity, and inclusive practices, providing insights and strategies for impact organisations, government and institutions alike. We offer insightful essays and practical recommendations, in the hope you are empowered to create environments where everyone can thrive.
We are grateful to the many organisations who have trusted us with their most important questions over the years — and in recent times, the few who have included us 'inside the tent' to allow us a first-hand glimpse, and direct impact on the development of cultures of belonging, meaningful brands and values-led leadership narrative.
This report is for you, the purpose-driven leader. To inspire you, to challenge your biases and to expose you to new and diverse stories.
It is not the definitive work on diversity and inclusion, nor is it seeking to show you all we know — but it is a step towards giving you a glimpse of the stories, impacts, tools, resources and ideas that can help to create leadership teams that see the world with a clearer and more inclusive view; to assist you to ask more inclusive (and challenging) questions of your people, and yourself; and to motivate you to connect the belonging you create with the narrative you build with the world, and the way you structure and run your organisation.
