The 15th Annual Government Marketing & Communications Conference: Brisbane, Queensland October 9, 2012 — The presentation by Dimitri Antonopoulos, Tank's Managing Director discussed how government and institutions can create meaningful connections with consumers using a lean creativity approach.

It covered how lean creativity emphasises efficiency and agility in the creative process, focusing on delivering impactful and relevant outcomes without unnecessary expenditure.

Design Thinking and Human-Centred Design case studies were included in the presentation — specifically those involving government agencies and outcomes for communities.

The presentation gave the audience an introduction into rapid prototyping, iterative testing, and close collaboration between teams and communities, to ensure that outputs are both cost-effective and highly resonant with the target audience.
