The Royal Children’s Hospital
Co-designing a collaborative, inclusive community arts initiative.
With 140 years of history, this major specialist paediatric hospital features strongly in the provision of care to children and adolescents across Victoria, Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.
Our team was tasked to conduct a series of co-design sessions to build an innovation mindset within fundraising initiatives and arts grant applications.
These workshops brought together a range of diverse stakeholders from Paediatricians, medical staff, arts community leaders to help better understand the challenge, ideate and prioritise solutions with community-needs at the fore.
