The Story

Since 2018, we have worked with a School-wide community of people at Canberra Girls Grammar to facilitate the discovery of values, culture and the strategic design of their organisational strategy.

This ongoing relationship has seen our team embedded within the organisation conducting insights research and the co-design of strategy with students, leaders and board members alike.

Our work has influenced and reshaped identity, strategy, experience and the digital transformation of this organisation in a competitive, global educational environment.
