Since 2018, we have worked with the School-wide community at Canberra Girls Grammar to facilitate the discovery of values, culture and the strategic design of their organisational strategy.
Including parents, community-organisations, education leadership, board of directors, alumni and students, our work to help the School rediscover and connect to its origin story culminated in a brand culture strategy that repositioned the three schools that make up CGGS amongst the Canberra, NSW and regional education landscape.
This ongoing relationship has seen our team embedded within the organisation conducting insights research and the co-design of strategy with students, leaders and board members alike.
Our work has influenced and reshaped identity, strategy, experience and the digital transformation of this organisation in a competitive, global educational environment.

For the first time since I arrived at this school,
I see now our people living and breathing something they truly believe in and it’s because of the work you’ve done.
