The Story

Slater and Gordon is on of Australia's leading law firms, emplying over 800 people in 40 locations across the nation.

Slater and Gordon's mission is to give people easier access to world class legal services. The firm provides specialist legal and complementary services in a broad range of areas.

Moving towards more customer-centric principles in its marketing and customer experience, Tank was asked to work with stakeholders and clients to improve the digital customer experience, co-create a unified tone of voice across the organisation and an online presence that provided for a direct line of sight from customer interactions and needs, through to business priorities.
