Spanning a four-year period and working across all areas of the organisation, this work transformed marketing, language, perceptions and above all, enrolments.
Over this period our teams engaged with students, teaching faculty and adminstration staff alike to develop an empathic understanding of what made this organisation distinctive.
Capturing the diversity amongst the student body and in parallel the possibilities through the curriculum offered was indeed at the heart of it all.
