As one of Duke University's Corporate Educators we facilitated our innovation culture program with Thailand's leading telecommunications and technology organisation.
The program engaged over 280 people to embrace innovation and a design thinking mindset to find opportunities hidden in plain sight, see things differently and interpret insights into strategy.
Working with teams in Bangkok and Singapore we customised our Innovation Culture Program for a cohort of over 280 telecommunications, media and technology professionals.
Headquarterd in Thailand and working across South-East Asia, the InTouch Group holding company invests in teams across telecommunications, media and technology including digital businesses, wireless, satellist and international technology businesses.
In our role as one of Duke University's Corporate Educators, we designed a week-long program of six sessions, taking the international cohort of executives through a learning and development journey that built capability in four key areas:
Innovation Culture Program
Design Thinking
Human-Centred Design
High-performing Teams
Innovation Workshops
Empathy
Values-led Culture
Strategy Through Uncertainty
