We must remember that the smallest of interactions with people, organisations and brands are actually the most meaningful. They are the things that keep us loyal, fascinated and inspired; and sometimes, we purposefully seek them to bolt onto ourselves; altogether creating an identity for ourselves that is part human, part global citizen.
