The Story

An essential Australian government service asks us to help them bring together a wide array of stakeholders from across government, community and their user-base to co-create their evolved corporate identity.

The National Relay Service helps people in the population who are deaf and/or hard of hearing or find it difficult hearing or speaking with people who use a phone.

An essential service that allows you to communicate with a hearing person who is usina a phone, even if you can't hear or don't use your voice.

We brought together frontline staff, government stakeholders, community and users of the service to build the key principles of the corporate identity and co-create an outcome that was both relevant and meaningful.
