The Innovation Culture Program is the culmination of expertise and experimentation of our own entrepreneurial journey.

It is an understanding that if we are to remain relevant — we must build cultures of innovation to meet the unmet needs of new customers, empower our people around a common narrative, an unwavering empathy for customer needs, and entrust in them the tools, resources, rituals and rhythms that allow them to do meaningful work.

A video-based overview is sent to all participants which prepares them for the deep dive of Stage 2 and begins the process of establishing an innovation mindset within the organisation.

A one-day all-hands session where team leaders and their cross-functional teams take part in an engaging and hands-on learning practice. The goal of this immersion is to align innovation with organisational strategy, ensure each individual understands their role and ability within the context, and to empower your people with an understanding of key innovation tools by solving real-world, contextual challenges.
