Australian emerging technology company Mantel Group has partnered with industry leader, strategic design firm Tank, establishing a unique design-lead offering in both the technology services and communications marketplace.

Tank, the consultancy behind strategies for DHS, Bank Australia and Aon Hewitt are well positioned to deliver front end, design thinking capability, forming a partnership across The Mantel Group that blends innovation, emerging technology, experience design and end-to-end digital capability.

Both Con Mouzouris, CEO of Mantel Group and Jim Antonopoulos of Tank wholeheartedly welcome the coming together of teams — both acknowledging that the blend of expertise will expand and add value to emerging technologies like iOT, Ai and Voice with the teams in Mantel Group’s DigIO and Eliiza businesses.

Mantel Group’s foundation businesses — DigIO and Eliiza — both focus on enhancing technology, learning and development in tier one organisations across Australia. With capability in VR/AR and iOT, the group understand the impact of these emerging technologies on the future landscape of Australian business and will actively embrace and invest in future technologies.

To bring these visions to life, Mantel Group have developed a delivery framework that enables rapid iteration of cost-effective and scalable Ai solutions. These tangible, future-focused technologies will enable customers form an Ai strategy based on real-world results.

Complimenting this approach, Tank will be engaging with clients across the group lead the early stages of problem identification, user research, customer and user experience design, and road-mapping towards product outcomes in rapid, iteration cycles.

The team at Tank will also build capability within the teams engaging with technologists within the group to assist in building a design-led culture centred around innovation.

Both organisations have a clear vision on how they can impact businesses for the better, focusing on how they can create meaningful impact with people, communities and organisations.

The organisations lead strongly with diverse and inclusive cultures that buck the trend in their respective industries, challenging the status quo with employee value propositions that also disrupt industry norms.

Mantel Group’s on-boarding and ongoing training systems offer the diverse team of over 50 technology experts, a continuous learning framework between partners and clients, and a focus on design for value and growth; openly sharing methods and learnings with clients in fireside Q&A’s to uplift capability.

All businesses within the group will use Design Thinking for innovation across the technology areas and industries they work within. Spanning across the Banking, Utilities (energy), IT, Telco and Health sectors, this collaboration creates opportunity for organisations to solve more challenging problems in new and unique ways.

As of May 1, Mantel Group and Tank are providing exclusive Executive Immersions — intensive 2hr sessions that explore customer and technology opportunities, trends and changes within industry verticals — and how these can enhance growth opportunities, purpose and innovation.

At its heart, this partnership aims to inspire and empower organisations to transform their own capabilities. A collaboration that is both creative and transformative, set to reimagine how leading organisations problem-solve and revolutionise how industries can unlock solutions.
