Altogether they bring a breadth of expertise across our practice areas, and a world view from outside of their working lives.
In our day-to-day we create a flat-culture where our teams are both autonomous and encouraged to own the work they work on.
We don't have juniors, mid-weights or seniors because we believe hierarchical nomencaltures aren't condusive to collaboration or innovation.
Our people are very much their own people – and we like that.
They're leaders — creative leaders.
