Have you ever thought "I wish I thought of that?"
We've all seen those amazing ideas — ideas that we've had ourselves, but never actually done anything about.
We all have ideas burning inside us. Some are brilliant, some maybe not so great — but if we sit on our hands, we'll simply never know — unless we make them happen.
Because until you turn your ideas into action, you will never know.
So what is stopping these ideas from getting out there? It’s hard to know if your ideas are good, what success looks like, where to start and how to turn it into reality. And all these questions conspire to stop the idea from getting off the ground.
The good news is that building an idea may not be as difficult or expensive as you think.
Using our co-developed framework which utilises elements of design thinking, creative strategy, rapid prototyping, testing and learning to turn ideas into action.
With years of experience in design, advertising, product development and strategy and creation of successful businesses and products your facilitators Jim Antonopoulos and Tony Prysten will guide you on the way to releasing your inner idea.
“So many people have ideas they've never actioned. So many ideas gone to waste. Ideas are easy — anyone can do that. Bringing them to life, now that's impressive.”
— Anyone with an idea they want to bring to the world.
— Creatives, Designers, Technologists
— Entrepreneurs, Makers, Creators
— Leaders of innovation initiatives
— Business owners & entrepreneurs
This workshop will help you go from idea to action. It will arm you with a go-to-market roadmap and framework that you can apply to any product, business or idea development you choose.
Bringing together two great mentors with over 30 years of experience starting and running creative businesses, launching and re-launching products — this session is a unique opportunity to gain insights and real-world, practical know-how from these two creative leaders.

Most recently, Tony joined Melbourne based global analytics software maker Yellowfin heading up product design.
A creative, entrepreneurial and strategic thinker, Tony strives to solve problems by delivering creative and effective ideas and he has over 20 years experience assisting large and small organisations to define and build successful product offerings.
He has worked on significant digital strategies, product campaigns and implementations for clients such as Metro Trains, AGL Energy, Australian Unity, Mazda Australia, Cricket Australia, Quit Victoria, Tigerair, Australian Unity, Victorian Responsible Gambling Foundation and Cancer Council Australia.
Never short of an idea or the passion and energy to make it happen, he is currently involved in a skincare range for cyclists, a software startup in the research sector, and a sewing startup he co-created with his partner. He has also created and sold a graphic design book, co-produced and launched an album (including going on tour with the band) and been a mentor to many trying to get their idea off the ground. There are fables of success and failure (if you want to call it that) and a lot of experience in between that he loves to share through workshops, teaching and mentoring.
